The simplicity of a thunderstorm.
Sublime is the storm when evening falls.
Inspirational when the aurora calls.

Ferns grow amongst the stones.
Enchanted places fairies and dryads called home.
Imaginary beauty no longer concealed.

Waterfalls tumble down the rocks.
Mother nature  with her misty veil drawn.
Falling water reveals her face.

A single snowflake is falling.
The tear of an angel from Heaven.
Softly cries the angel above.

Not much to say Mar 26th, 2007 7:36 pm
So once again its Monday.  Bla!  I'm once again exhausted since  I spent my night doing group work for a project.
On a happier note?  Has anyone  besides me downloaded and or bought the sarah Game from Draconis?  I have the new demo and was hoping to have my product key by now  since I went through the creator of the game to get the key but none has arrived.  Hmmm.
In other interesting news I applied for a job working at a summer camp here in Michigan and I'm desperately hoping I can  secure the job because I need the money to save up so I can study at Oxford University in England  in 2 summers from now.
Well, I can barely keep my eyes open so I'll close.

What IF Mar 22nd, 2007 6:49 pm
What if you're right?
And he was just another nice guy
What if you're right?
What if it's true?
They say the cross will only make a fool of you
And what if it's true?

What if he takes his place in history
With all the prophets and the kings
Who taught us love and came in peace
But then the story ends
What then?

But what if you're wrong?
What if there's more?
What if there's hope you never dreamed of hoping for?
What if you jump?
And just close your eyes?
What if the arms that catch you, catch you by surprise?
What if He's more than enough?
What if it's love?

What if you dig
Way down deeper than your simple-minded friends
What if you dig?
What if you find
A thousand more unanswered questions down inside
That's all you find?

What if you pick apart the logic
And begin to poke the holes
What if the crown of thorns is no more
Than folklore that must be told and retold?

But what if you're wrong?
What if there's more?
What if there's hope you never dreamed of hoping for?
What if you jump?
And just close your eyes?
What if the arms that catch you, catch you by surprise?
What if He's more than enough?
What if it's love?

You've been running as fast as you can
You've been looking for a place you can land for so long
But what if you're wrong?

But what if you're wrong?
What if there's more?
What if there's hope you never dreamed of hoping for?
What if you jump?
And just close your eyes?
What if the arms that catch you, catch you by surprise?
What if He's more than enough?
What if it's love?
Nichole Nordeman said it better than I ever could have  imagined.  I'm really struggling with those kinds of questions right now in my life and this song just hits home.

Spring Equinox and Baked Apples? Mar 20th, 2007 7:09 pm
So this will be my official first post. Not much to speak of today. I made a point of celebrating the first official day of Spring by spending time baking which next to writing makes me the happiest. I tried my hand at making baked apples which as a little girl was a favorite treat of mine. unfortunately I didn't have the propper sweet-tart apples but I just made sure to smother them in cinnamon, nutmeg and white and brown sugar and Poof! It was smelling like Christmas baking season all over again.
I am really thrilled about this community and incidently I found Blindspot through the Draconis entertainment site. Now granted its not quite as exciting as my Facebook account but after all compared to Facebook we are nearly infants amongst the world of social networking sites.
Well, if I want to be productive this chilly first night of Spring I need to continue to read Villette by Charlotte Bronte for my British Literature class that will come with the morrow.
